On a cold winter night I was walking into CVS to get something with my wife when we encountered Peter. Peter was asking us for change but we somehow because intrigued with him. Peter shared with us how he had cancer and was homeless. We were moved by his story because it was obvious that Peter was also on drugs. My father died of AIDS from a heroine adiction so drugs have cause me a lot of personal pain in the past.
