Photo Details
- Title: Looking For A Handout
- State/Province/Region: Pennsylvania
- Country: United States
- Nearest Area: Pymatuning State Park
- Nearest Town: Linesville
- Description: I was at the spillway of Pymatuning Lake looking for Bald Eagles when I saw this ring-billed gull. The spillway is a renowned place in the area where "The Ducks Walk On The Fish". Visitors feed bread to the fish that congregate at the spillway and yes, sometimes you actually do see ducks walking on the backs of the fish to get pieces of bread. This is also a good place to find several species of gulls.
- Gear: Nikon P3 attached to a Nikon ED50 in a digiscope arrangement
