- Description: The side street from the Capitol of California afforded lots of sights - some people shy away from man made structures - but I find it peaceful to look at them - consider the lives of the people who designed, constructed, maintained. Their is a stark contrast to artists vs the legislature who are housed in the capitol up the street - gathering together to take away from people their resources. Older architecture reflects the creativity and desire to improve people's lives - not just shelter or sanctuary but a little flair.
