Photo Details

  • Title: Victoria Harbor
  • State/Province/Region (required):
  • Country (required): Hong Kong
  • Nearest Area: Hong Kong
  • Nearest Town: Hong Kong
  • Description: This is another panoramic I did while in Hong Kong but from Victoria Peak towards the harbor.
  • Brief Directions: I took three images and seemed them together. Allimages were exposed with a shutter speed set to 30sec and F/11 with the focal length at 17mm. Used a tripod and overlapped a tad bit to ensure I had enough to build the image.
  • Notes: I origionally started the evening trying to shoot a High Dynamic image of Victoria Harbor but didn't like the results I was getting because of the light shifts so I decided to develop a panoramic of the harbor. This was my second time to Hong Kong and first time to Victoria's Peak. There are so many things to shoot I have trouble being a tourist and not a photographer.
  • Best Season: Autumn
  • Gear: Nikon D200 w/17-35mm F/2.8
