Sunrise at Mesa Arch
Although this is a nice image, my problem with it is that some sort of HDR effect has been applied. If this contest is about "light", then I think it should be natural light -- anyone can PhotoShop the tar our of an image to create false light. Based on that, I cannot score this high. Now, if the contest was about digital art, then this would be one of my favorites!
