Description: There are several pedestrian approved bridges that span the I-5 corridor and connect Old Sacramento to downtown. This was an evening after a Kings game and there was a traffic jam on the off-ramp leading to the 80. When I set my shot, traffic was totally stopped, but right at the shutter, it started to inch forward. I usually enjoy shooting night shots with a lot of movement, but the one car that was still, makes this a bit more intriguing.
Notes: Shot manual, w/several exposures. Photoshop for the contrast and to bring down the ruddiness.
