Description: The fog was very surreal on this night. It was so thick over this small lake, but it wasn't high enough to block out the stars. Syrius, the brightest star in the sky is at the top right. Venus, the brightest planet in the sky is on the lower left. This self portrait was taken at about 4 am while watching for Orionid meteors.
