Canyon Falls is another easily visited waterfall in Michigan's U.P. However, the typical view is quite drab and gives the viewer a poor sense of size and power. So of course I would not settle for that angle of view. With the help given by a pair of waders, dry bags over everything expensive, and a bit of courage, I made my way across the river. High on the canyon wall itself I found an angle that captured its true essence and fulfilled a personal vision.
