Description: A lone hiker viewed the path before him as the Milky Way rose in the night Sky. The towering Hoodoos stood high casting an immense silence in the canyon below. I created this image after a day of shooting the solar eclipse at Bryce Canyon. Myself and a few other photographers met up and hiked down into the canyon for night shots. What started out as light painting the hoodoos turned into an awesome silhouette providing scale for the immense formations.
