Photo Details

  • Title: Box 4395
  • State/Province/Region (required): Texas
  • Country (required): United States
  • Nearest Town: Dallas
  • Description: I loved the look of the rows of boxes at that angle just going on and on. I shot it with the intention of processing it as an HDR image, so 3 exposures were taken (the original exposure plus one at 2 stops above and one at 2 stops below). I merged them together and tonemapped the resulting file to get the look you see in the image. What struck me about this image was the way box 4395 stood out from the other boxes. When I took the shot, my focus was on the dial of the next box over and yet box 4395 stands out. Even glass looks different for the box compared to the others. Just got me wondering, what is so special about box 4395?
