The passion is apparent in what is stocked at Rhino, what’s behind lock and key (rare first editions), how much they all know about what they have, and their willingness to help you find what you’re looking for. Both locations – near Lipscomb U. on Granny White and near Sylvan Park on Charlotte Avenue – are true book stores, the way they were meant to be. The smell alone holds you there like a bakery at 8 am. Try going in and coming out empty-handed. No way.
