Description: This is a celebration of the end of Buddhist Lent at a temple called Wat Sathorn. Traditionally the monks are allowed to go out of the temples all over the country after a 3-month retreat. This day is a religious event. Thai people offer clothing and food for the monks, who in turn re-distribute what they cannot consume/ utilize to the poor in the community.
