Description: A male cardinal offering the female a piece of nesting material. They don't seem to even notice the goldfinch watching from the sidelines.
Brief Directions: Male and female cardinals enacting mating rituals.
Notes: It wasn't until after I uploaded the picture that I saw the piece of nesting material in the males mouth and the tender way he was offering it to the female.
Best Season: Spring
