- Description: I wanted to capture a different side of Niagara that was different to the conventional postcard shots that I've seen all too often. I decided to try to photograph the Canadian Side of the falls at night whilst illuminated. I set up a tripod right up against the side of the falls and captured this shot just before midnight with a 30 second exposure and low ISO. I also used my Nikon D300's in camera Noise Reduction to try to improve overall image quality.
- Notes: Despite getting a little bit of spray on my camera and having to trek back up the hill to my hotel pretty much soaking wet,i feel this shot was well worth it!
- Best Season: Summer
- Gear: Nikon D300 18-200 VR Lens. Tripod.
