- Description: Fort Ticonderoga has Neighbor day once a year where residents of certain adjacent counties get free admission into the fort. On the way into the inner courtyard, I turned and snapped a shot of the soldier standing at the entrance, thinking that nothing would come out of it but when I put the image on my computer at home, I was thrilled. There's nothing like getting a good shot from a place you love to visit.
