Description: My grandma (my mother's mom) was the sweetest person to me, when I was little. She died last year in November. I took this portrait during my last visit to Poland almost two years ago. I miss her singing and
Brief Directions: Bliszczyce is a very small village ( about 1000 occupants) on a south west side of Poland. It is located very close to Slovakia border. There is no industry there except for farming.
Notes: Bliszczyce used to be much bigger right after the Word War II. There was an elementary school over there, many stores, bakery, local cultural club. Because of migration of the local people to bigger cities, all the businesses closed down, except for a small grocery store and a club-room for young people.
