- Description: This is a self portrait I took one afternoon at McArthur-Burney Falls, a 129 ft waterfall.I took 3 images to stitch together later then had my husband press the shutter button for the 4th when I held up my hand to cue him. He also wiped the spray off the lens for me between shots. Each shot being 1.6 seconds. Water temps were in the 40s! President Theodore Roosevelt once proclaimed Burney Falls “the eighth wonder of the world.”
