- Description: I was on a trip where we made an hour stop into a small village along the Orinoco River. They never had many visitors so there was a mix of excitement and curiosity mixed with some who were more uncertain about our visit. It was a culture in flux. While there was a school and satellite TV, I wondered what knowledge of their ancestors was being lost in the transition.
