- Description: White cloud was one of the largest trading posts in the Midwest. It was the place to stop while heading west to claim your land. Much of Whitecloud still shows signs of the thriving town at the turn of the century. Amazing that shortly after the turn of the millennium there are still signs of the turn of the founding of the USA.
