Calumet Photographic Hosts Free Color Calibration Seminar

Friday, Feb. 18: 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Five signed copies of Al Satterwhite's book "TITANS" will be given away as door prizes at this free color calibration seminar led by Josh Fischer, education manager at Datacolor and renowned expert on color calibration.

This special event will show you how to preserve the true colors present from camera, to monitor and to print. There are a number of top professional shooters out there who spend thousands of dollars on a regular basis to bring in a team of color management consultants to calibrate their scanners, monitors, and printers in an effort to ensure that their colors, tones and other visual aspects of the images they shoot remain consistent from start to finish. But the savvy pro shooters are learning how to complete this crucial calibration process with simple techniques thanks to the very affordable Spyder 3 Studio SR.

At Calumet Photographic in Los Angeles, we will provide a free classroom session for the first 35 people who sign up to attend from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. For more information and registration, please call the student liaison toll free at (877) 372-2231 or go to www.digitalphotoacademy.com and click on Los Angeles.
