- Description: Picture taken a year ago at Hartford's Constitution Plaza "Festival of Lights" during the holidays. In 2010 the light festival was moved to Hartford's Bushnell Park due to renovations in the plaza. This picture is a combination of 7 separate images stitched together in Photoshop. A manual exposure for each shot was set at F4, ISO50 and 1 second each.
