Using EXR CMOS sensor technology, the Fujifilm FinePix Z900EXR captures images in one of three ways, depending on your shooting conditions. In High Resolution mode, which is the default option, pictures are taken in full 16-megapixel resolution for capturing rich color and sharp details. For high-contrast scenes, Wide Dynamic Range mode allows the camera to take two shots and combines them, revealing subtle details in both highlight and shadow areas. The third option is High Sensitivity and Low Noise mode for shooting in low light and taking full advantage of the backside-illuminated sensor. The camera has a 5x optical zoom (35mm equivalent of 28mm), a 3.5-inch touch-screen LCD, sensor-shift image stabilization and up to 12 fps continuous shooting.
