New Year Portraits

Happy New Year! Most of us have the day off today, so why not do something a little bit creatively productive? Judd Green has posted a wonderful tutorial on the Digital Photography School blog showing how he created a holiday-themed portrait of his children using a beautiful, but deceptively simple, sparkling lights background. It's straightforward and easy enough, but it's oh so effective. And it will help you start the new year off right.
