As I was driving a country road just after the sun had risen. I noticed a large group of starlings gathered on the road ahead with another vehicle approaching from the opposite direction. Anticipating on what was about to happen or hoped would happen. I quickly stopped and exited my own vehicle, dragging my camera with me. There was very little time to turn the camera on, compose the shot and get as many exposures I could as the birds took flight when the other vehicle got too close. Activating the shutter as quickly as I could trying to hold the camera steady and being mindful of all techniques necessary for a decent shot. After a few adjusts in Lightroom I present the following.
